What we do
Books For Birthdays, Inc. uses donations to purchase new books, which we then personalize, package, and distribute to children in foster care on their birthday. Every donation helps us source and purchase a book that the children have expressed interest in wanting to read.
book distribution Process:
The director of the foster care agency, a month in advance, provides us with a list containing the children's first names, ages, birth date, and three subjects of interest. We then source and purchase a new book to match each child's subject interest. The books are then personalized by inscribing their name on the inside cover. All of the books are then given to the agency to be presented to each child on their birthday.
